Prices and payment

All prices shown include 25% Danish VAT. For deliveries outside the European Union, VAT is deducted at checkout, and orders are shipped in accordance with “Delivered at Place” (DAP) whereby we are responsible for ensuring that goods arrive safely at the destination, but the buyer is responsible for import duties. This means no VAT, duties and/or taxes are collected. For such orders, we cannot precisely predict what charges, customs and duty fees may apply.

We reserve the right to withhold an order until payment has been processed and approved, and to cancel the order and refund payment before the product has been shipped.

Delivery

Orders within the European Union are shipped free of charge from our laboratory in Copenhagen, Denmark. Elsewhere in Europe, shipping is 350 DKK for orders including a Dash and 150 DKK for Shell only; for the rest of the world, 450 DKK and 200 DKK. Import VAT, duties and customs fees are paid by the recipient.

We ship within 1–4 business days from received payment. Expect a shipping time of 1–4 days within the European Union, 3–10 days for the rest of the world. When your package is shipped, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud, we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

If your package arrives damaged or missing items, please report this to [email protected] as soon as possible after delivery. Please include photos and keep the packaging, as we may need it for a claim with the courier. As a consumer, you also have a two-year right to complain about defects under Danish law, in addition to our three-year guarantee.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The law gives you 14 days; we give you 30.

The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. If you order several items that are delivered separately, the period expires 30 days after you receive the last item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us – Frankenstein Research ApS, Fælledvejens Passage 2, 1., 2200 København N, Denmark, [email protected], +45 20 14 40 46 – of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back the goods, or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14 days have expired. We bear the cost of returning the goods: write to us first and we will send you a shipping label. We charge no return or restocking fees.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. In other words, handle the item as you would in a shop.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you by email. Refunds usually go through within five to ten days of us receiving the product, and never later than the 14-day limit above. The amount is credited to your credit card or other original method of payment.

If you haven’t received an expected refund, please allow for processing time. Your bank or card issuer can tell you where in the process the refund is once we’ve issued it. Should you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected].
